Just Keep Swimming - Eyeshadow Fairy Topper Blue with Gold Green Sparkle
Just Keep Swimming has a light blue base that is loaded with gold and green sparkles.
This is a new type of shimmer formula that I am trying out and I am calling them Fairy Toppers. 
These are formulated with pure sparkle pigments with some added iron oxides to give them a base tone. The base is softer and lighter, making these very versatile for a topper, or foiled/layered for a more intense look. I recommend applying these with your finger, or a stiff brush.
All of my products are Vegan and Cruelty Free!
