Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Securely package the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
